Manufacturing ERP · Exclusive agent in Saudi Arabia

Know what today’s production cost, tonight.

DIRAC runs the factory and the finance department on one ledger. Production orders, shop-floor time, scrap and quality checks post to the accounts as they happen, and invoices clear with ZATCA from the same screen.

For mid-size and larger packaging, plastics, engineering, food and chemical plants, contractors, distributors and multi-entity groups. Built for owners, general managers, CFOs and plant managers.

Generic ERPs stop at the factory gate.

Accounts in one program, stock in another, payroll in a third, and Excel in between. Cutting, scrap, shifts, machine capacity and quality holds live outside the system, which is exactly where the money leaks, and the monthly report takes days to close. By the time finance knows what production really cost, the price list has already gone out.

What changes when the factory and the ledger share one system

  1. 01

    Planning against real capacity

Multi-level MRP, finite-capacity CRP with a drag-and-drop Gantt, ATP and CTP delivery promises, and eight demand-forecasting models. The planning work an APS add-on would sell you is already inside DIRAC.

  2. 02

A shop floor that reports itself

Operators log work on the HMI. Actual cost is collected per order, per operation and per employee, and quality tests are recorded against each order and pallet.

  3. 03

    Finance that posts automatically

78 document types post to the general ledger without re-keying. Eight costing methods, landed cost spread five ways, letters of credit and guarantees, and budgets with commitment control.

  4. 04

ZATCA and payroll, handled to the letter

ZATCA Phase 2 onboarding, XML signing, QR codes, clearance and archiving. Payroll covers attendance devices, shifts, loans, configurable social insurance tables and end-of-service, and posts straight to finance.

  5. 05

Arabic down to the last printout

1,605 print layouts, 594 of them in full right-to-left Arabic, with Hijri and Gregorian dates on every official document and screen.

  6. 06

    BI dashboards and Baseera included

Executive dashboards and KPIs come with DIRAC at no extra licence cost, and the connector to Baseera is free, so managers can question the ledger in Arabic.

  7. 07

    Projects, contracts and CRM

Project tasks and milestones, project budgets against actual cost, resource and hours tracking, and a sales pipeline, all posting to the same ledger. Built for contractors and service companies.

  8. 08

Tailored without forking, audited to the field

37 customisation units and 450+ control switches adapt DIRAC to each site on one core version. Every change is logged with the old value, new value, user and session.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers on compliance, hosting, timelines and what we build versus represent.

Can we start with ZATCA only?

Yes. ZATCA with finance is the usual entry point, planned at about 20 working days after we assess your data. Manufacturing, supply chain, HR and projects follow when you are ready, on the same ledger.

Which companies is DIRAC built for?

Mid-size and larger companies: packaging, plastics, engineering, food and chemical plants first, then contractors, oil and gas service firms, agriculture and irrigation, trading and distribution, and groups that consolidate several entities. Very small businesses usually do not need a full ERP.

Does DIRAC replace our accounting system?

Yes. It includes the general ledger, receivables, payables, treasury and banks, fixed assets, budgets and group consolidation, with bank statements matched to the ledger automatically.

Where is DIRAC hosted?

On your own servers or in a cloud in the region. Your data stays in your environment.

How is DIRAC priced?

Per module with a clear list price, so you pay for what you deploy. BI dashboards and the Baseera connector are included, and ZATCA is a standard module, not a third-party add-on. You receive the written price after the demo.

How long does implementation take?

About 10 to 24 working days per module, depending on the module and how ready your data is. A full manufacturing package (finance, manufacturing, supply chain, HR and ZATCA) is planned at about 77 working days. We confirm the plan after a data assessment.
