Who we are
Noor Al-Joud is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL).
What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, company, role, work email, phone number if you give one, the topic you choose and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, your IP address and the time, to protect the form from abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
Why we use it
To answer your request, arrange the session you asked for, and follow up about the products you enquired about. We do not sell your data or share it for other companies’ marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in this website’s database with our web hosting provider. The hosting servers may be located outside the Kingdom; we apply the safeguards the PDPL requires for such transfers. Product deployments for clients are separate and are hosted where the client agrees.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case the client agreement applies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, ask for a copy, or withdraw your consent. Send the request through the contact form and choose “Something else”; we answer within the period set by the PDPL.
You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
